Interviews with Slingers creator Mike Sizemore

The creator of and writer for Slingers, Mike Sizemore, has given two interviews.  The first, a podcast with the Geek Syndicate, can be found by clicking here and then by clicking on "Direct Download: Episode 141."  The interview with Sizemore starts about 1/2 way in.  They talk about the possibility of the show going right to the series without a pilot (YAY!) as well as whether the cast from the trailer will be coming along for the series.  It sounds like it all comes down to whether the actors are available (fingers crossed!)!  Read more »

Sizemore (aka Mike Atherton) and production company Sleepydog's Toby Moores have posted their thanks, on their respective blogs, for the overwhelming response they have had to the teaser trailer that was posted recently (for another look at it, click here).  The trailer has had somewhere close to 80,000 hits overall.  The response and all the comments left where the trailer is posted have been brought to the attention of the networks they are in talks with and should help to make the series a reality.

Here's the link to Sizemore's blog entry. (make sure to read the comments!)
